DEIJ Bronze Certification Renewal

Your certification is valid for 1 year from the date of achievement. Each company must renew their certification at the highest level they have achieved, also within one year from the date of their achievement. The renewal process allows us to review the progress you have made in the past year, as well as determine if you have made measurable progress towards the commitments you made in the “Commitments to Action” module. Accountability is a key component of the certification program, as customers rely on third-party evaluations to help determine which companies are committed to enacting and engraining DEIJ in their companies.

At the Bronze-level, companies will need to have the following information available to complete their recertification:

  1. Basic Company Information: Company size, number of employees, etc. information may be requested
  2. Company Involvement: Position and department for individuals completing the modules on behalf of the company
  3. Commitments to Action Review: a cover sheet explaining the progress made toward each goal, as well as supporting documentation
  4. New Commitments to Action: a list of new or extended commitments to action for the next year
  5. Miscellaneous Feedback
