As Vice President of Equity and Workforce Development, Erika leads various efforts to improve diversity, equity and inclusion within SEIAs membership and industries, and to build and maintain the workforce needed meet demand ahead for deploying solar, storage, and related technologies.

Erika has been in the green jobs training and advocacy arena for more than 12 years. Erika joined SEIA after 7 years at GRID Alternatives where she played a critical role in the growth of their solar workforce development programming and participated as a leader within GRIDs internal and external diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Sciences from Wellesley College. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and currently resides in Washington, D.C. with her wife, daughter, and grandmother.
